Having resisted the poor advice of my contractor to put down a piece of junk carpet. I went online searching for a quality carpet at a reasonable price. Hank's has one of the few websites for flooring that is really easy to use. You can go through the carpeting samples very quickly, choose the ones you are interested in and check out with no problems or hassle. Other websites only allow one to choose one sample or none at all and are not that easy to navigate. From a prospective clients' point of view, you/Hank's are doing all the right things.
We are trying to find a tricky color and none of the samples I chose was exactly right. What I realize though is how fantastic your prices are, about half or one third of what one would pay in a home improvement store for the same quality.
You can be sure I will be checking with you when it comes time to floor my home next spring.

Jennifer was very helpful even though I was unable to provide much information to her; she got me going in the right direction and I found some samples (that I have ordered) that should help my husband and I make a decision about carpet.
