A Message from Hank about Covid-19 & In Home Consultations

We have resumed normal operations effective April 24, 2020. In an abundance of caution, we are implementing the following policies on our in home flooring consultations:

1. Our in home sales representatives will be wearing masks and gloves. All carpet samples will be disinfected at our showroom prior to entering your home.

2. If possible, please limit the number of persons at your home during the consultation appointment. We will be happy to leave free samples should you wish to show other members of your family.

3. We will continue to use social distancing while at your home. We are happy to show you all our flooring products, but our sales representatives will maintain a six foot radius. We ask that you do the same.

4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits any flu like symptoms. Please let us know if you are sick and we can reschedule.
